Evolutionhr was founded in 2003 by Kate Marks based on a need to promote and perpetuate the direct link between business success and good Human Resources practices.
We firmly believe that HR should not impede your company's evolution, but be a catalyst and an intrinsic part of your business strategy.

Kate Marks
Before founding evolutionhr in 2003, Kate’s career was spent in the property industry and the built environment, working for property developers, estate agents, architects and designers.
A former HR Director for one of the world’s largest architecture practices, Kate has developed evolutionhr as a successful training and generalist HR consultancy. She speaks regularly on HR related issues in the sector and also teaches the HR elements of various professional qualifications. She is an authority on flexible working and succession planning, as well as being an advocate of women in construction.
Qualified in both business and human resources, Kate is able to bring a uniquely business-focussed approach to the implementation of HR strategy and practice. This ensures that she is able to propose HR solutions that help and support your business, not hinder it. Kate holds an MBA, a Masters in Human Resources Strategies and is a Chartered Fellow of the CIPD.

Niki Winsor
Niki joined evolutionhr in 2008. She has also worked in the property industry for much of her career including working as HR Manager for a leading architectural practice. Her particular expertise is upon the implementation and practical application of your HR policies and procedures. Her persistence in determining the right solution to your problems and challenges is unsurpassed.
Niki is an Associate member of the CIPD and holds a Certificate in Personnel Practice.
